11:30 - 12:30 Filipino Cooking demonstration. Chef Maricel from Maricel's Kitchen will demonstrate how to prepare pancit, a traditional Filipino noodle dish.
1:00 - 2:00 Introductory Tai Chi class for adults led by an instructor from Tai Chi USA
2:10 - 2:25 Traditional Chinese dance performance by Rutgers Chinese Dance Troupe
2:30 - 3:30 Introductory martial arts class for children led by sensei from Satori Martial Arts Academy
4:00 - 5:00 Performance of traditional Chinese music by zither and pipa duo, Zhengming Guzheng
