Discussing New Jersey's best food trucks, their owners and their best recipes

Author Patrick Lombardi has been around the food truck circuit for nearly a decade, covering a wide range of events as well as gourmet food trucks for online publication BestofNJ.com. His book, the New Jersey Food Truck Cookbook, features the stories of 20 food truck owners from around the state, as well as their recipes. Now Patrick will be sharing his favorites, along with kitchen tips that you can try at home.

Patrick Lombardi is an author of both humor and horror. Patrick’s writing and photography also have been published in Disco Fries & Scenic Drives, Stay Salty: Life in the Garden State, and on BuzzFeed, Odyssey, NJ.com, BestofNJ.com, MyCentralJersey.com, and Patch.com.
