Step back in time and discover how colonial foodways differed from those of today. From food preparation and cooking methods to dining customs and tastes, explore the daily life of early Americans through an engaging presentation led by a costumed historical interpreter.
Presented by New Jersey History Alive, this interactive program brings Colonial-era experiences to life in creative and meaningful ways. The presentation is led by Sharon Goodman, an 18th-century historical interpreter with a lifelong passion for human and natural history, environmental science, and early American life.
Open to all ages. Registration is suggested but not required.
