Buzz into Learning
Presented by Beekeeper Julie Jay

6:30pm - 7:30pm
North Edison Temporary Branch
Multi-Purpose RoomJoin Julie Jay, a backyard beekeeper, for a fun and educational introduction to the world of bees!
Get ready to buzz with excitement as we explore the wonderful world of bees. In this lively one hour program, children will get an up close look at a real observation hive and meet some very busy honeybees. Beekeeper Julie will share what it is like to care for hives and introduce how bees live and work together.
Through stories, movement, and interactive activities, children will learn how bees collect pollen, nectar, and water, how they find new homes, and the important roles they play in our environment.
To make things even sweeter, children will have an opportunity to taste honey! (while supplies last)
No registration required, but seating is limited and is on a first-come, first-served basis.
