Multi-Purpose RoomJoin us at the library for an interactive program on what life was like for American's in the Continental Army with the Old Barracks Museum.
Did you ever wonder what it was like to be a Revolutionary War soldier in New Jersey? Matthew Travers of the Old Barracks Museum will lead an interactive program sharing what a day in the life of a soldier was like at the Old Barracks, including what they wore, carried, and ate. Families are invited to “enlist” and learn the basic skills needed to win independence.
Open to kids ages 5 - 11. Registration not required, but space is limited and is on a first-come, first-served basis. Call or visit the library with any questions.
