Solo saxophone for the heart and soul
Spend Valentine's Day with beautiful music played by master saxophonist Yvette Sakow. She’ll delight us with solo-instrumental selections from the Classical and Romantic eras, as well some Modern works by a local composer. Her performance is imbued with the belief that the best music is that which touches the heart and soul of the audience.
Yvette Sakow is an accomplished researcher and saxophone performer who has participated in numerous festivals and conferences and is praised for her sensitive performances and in-depth research. Based in New Brunswick, NJ, Yvette works with many different areas of Rutgers University, including tutoring, teaching private saxophone lessons, and managing/coaching the chamber program in the saxophone studio.
