2026 is the year of the Fire Horse, which foretells progress and transformative changes. And the Chinese American Mental Health Outreach Program wants you to start the Lunar New Year right! Come learn about mental health practices, play wellness mini-games, and discover resources to progress and transform your inner well-being.
CAMHOP is a multicultural program of the National Alliance on Mental Illness - New Jersey (NAMI NJ), a nonprofit raising awareness of mental health and supporting families with individuals with mental health conditions.
Adults (18+) only. This presentation is geared toward the Chinese community but is open to all.
