Treat yourself to an hour of gentle, restorative yoga to help de-stress from the hustle and bustle of the week!
Restorative yoga is a gentle and supportive form of yoga that emphasizes relaxation and rejuvenation. It involves holding passive poses for extended periods, typically with the aid of props such as blankets, pillows, and blocks. Benefits of restorative yoga include deep relaxation and stress reduction, improved sleep quality, increased flexibility and mobility, reduced muscle tension, and enhanced self-awareness and mindfulness. This session will be run by our resident yoga instructor, Luis Ollé .
This event is part of EPL's Caregiver Series in recognition of National Caregiver Month.
Teacher trainer Luis Ollé discovered the practice of yoga and guided meditation in 2004. While he was attracted to the physical aspects of the practice, he fell deeper in love with the emotional benefits, and spirituality it had brought him.
