Join the Isha Foundation for an introduction to Yoga and Meditation.
Open to ages 12 and above.
Participants aged 12–17 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
This session includes simple yet powerful yogic practices to support physical and mental wellbeing:
Yoga Namaskar – Strengthens the spine and muscles
Nadi Shuddhi – Balances energy and reduces stress
7-minute Meditation – Brings mental clarity and peace

The Main Library on Plainfield Avenue next to the Edison Train Station. The library offers an extensive children’s room, a Meeting Room/Event Space, and a dedicated Maker Space.
