While our AARP tax specialists are certified to do most returns, there are some returns they cannot do (out of scope). Examples of this include: income from rental properties, certain types of self-employment income, digital currency, etc.
Prior to your scheduled appointment, please pick up an envelope from the Library and complete the first page of the enclosed 13614-C Intake/Interview and Quality Review Document. It is also best to read the material provided to help understand what documents must be brought for your scheduled appointment.
