In this program, Bruce Faithwick, long-time meditator, will explore the healing power of meditation and how to unlock the door to a life of improved physical and emotional well-being. Meditation is much more than a simple tool to help people reduce stress but rather it helps to positively transform our inner self which in turn impacts our outer relationships and the way we cope with the stressors around us. Meditation can enhance our happiness on an individual level and is the secret to profound personal well-being and global healing.
About the presenter:
Bruce Faithwick is a successful business consultant in the software industry. He has many years of product management and marketing experience and a degree in Economics from the University of California. Bruce currently provides workshops and training to groups in the California area where he connects meditation and self-development to important aspects of our lives. He has been meditating for over 40 years and now focuses much of his time on his own personal development and on helping others who wish to do the same. If you have ever attended one of Bruce's workshops, you know how special they are.
