Learn how to save a life with Hands Only CPR

Join Hackensack Meridian Health Instructor Michelle Norek, RN, and learn how to save a life by learning Hands Only CPR. This interactive demonstration program will allow you to learn how to provide CPR and let you try the technique on the mannequins. You will also learn about other life saving tips such as the importance of calling 911 and what to do in case of emergencies.

Please note this is NOT a certification class.

Open to Adults. Registration is required and begins
