Make your own pure vanilla extract! No baking required, BUT once fermented it will be good for your future baking sessions!

We will be making vanilla extract from scratch! Everyone will be given their own container, vanilla beans and 80 proof alcohol to start the fermentation process! Vanilla extract takes at least 2-12 months, so you will have vanilla extract in time for any holiday baking or let it ferment for longer for future recipes! Materials will be given out to ensure proper food hygiene. 

No registration required BUT limited supplies and space. First-come, first-serve!
