The truth is...we live in an "Aging America". In this presentation, the speaker will address the growing need for specialized care as America’s population ages. As life expectancy increases, so do the challenges related to health care, such as frequent hospitalizations, emergency room visits, and falls. We will explore strategies to reduce these issues by focusing on preventing hospital readmissions, providing alternatives to institutional care, and supporting aging at home. The discussion will also cover the various care options available, including payer sources, and highlight the importance of knowing when and where to seek help. Together, we will work toward redefining aging and promoting better quality of life for older adults.
Older Adults and caregivers are encouraged to attend!
