In this practical, beginner-friendly session, Dr. Morissa Schwartz shows entrepreneurs and small-business owners how to use AI for marketing, operations, and business communications while protecting accuracy, privacy, credibility, and brand voice. Attendees will learn simple prompting techniques, a repeatable fact-checking process, and useful workflows they can apply immediately. The program includes Q&A and welcomes all levels of AI experience.
Open to adults. Registration is suggested but not required and begins October 26.
About the presenter
Dr. Morissa Schwartz is a New Jersey writer, marketer, publisher, educator, and founder of Dr. Rissy’s Writing & Marketing and GenZ Publishing. She holds a doctorate in writing and literature and a master’s degree in corporate and public communication, and was named to Forbes 30 Under 30 in Media. A WBENC-certified business owner and mentor/head instructor with the Women’s Center for Entrepreneurship, she teaches practical, human-centered AI and communications strategies for entrepreneurs, professionals, and community organizations.
