Edison Public Library
Film screening with Q&A
Join us in celebrating the life of civil rights activist and LGBTQ+ icon Bayard Rustin, with a screening of the documentary Brother Outsider. Rustin was the organizer of the 1963 March on Washington, the largest civil rights protest of its time. Yet his efforts were largely unrecognized until recently. The film will be followed by a Q&A with a staff-member from the Bayard Rustin Center for Social Justice in Princeton.
