Fresh Match is a new nutritional incentive program whose goal is to increase accessibility to fresh fruits and vegetables. We provide one dollar for every dollar spent on fresh fruits and vegetables, up to ten dollars each week, to customers using a store loyalty card, a store loyalty number, and SNAP benefits on a Families First card.
Representatives from Hackensack Meridian Health will be at the Main Library to answer questions and assist patrons with the Fresh Match program.
To be eligible for Fresh Match, you must be a New Jersey Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (NJ SNAP) recipient and a loyalty program member at one of the participating grocery stores below. To become a loyalty member, simply visit a participating store and receive a loyalty card or loyalty number upon sign-up. The Main Library on Plainfield Avenue next to the Edison Train Station. The library offers an extensive children’s room, a Meeting Room/Event Space, and a dedicated Maker Space.
