The pandemic, our health, work, the news, and the world around us...so many things are vying for our attention and causing fear and anxiety. All of this can become distressing, however, there is a place where we can go to that is a private retreat from the world we live in today. That is through meditation.
Join Clare Vidich, with over 40 years of experience meditating, as she discusses the benefits of meditation in reclaiming peace of mind. Participants will have an opportunity to practice the meditation technique.
About the presenter:
Clare Vidich is a retired Montessori school teacher, who has been meditating for over 40 years. She has lectured nationally on the topic of meditation and was a speaker at a Global Conference on Spirituality in 2007 and 2009 in Delhi, India. She has conducted meditation classes at the adult education, college, high school, grade school, and preschool levels. She served on the Integrative Health Committee at Windham Hospital and led meditations for hospital staff.
