Many people are turning to meditation to help cope with the intense and overwhelming emotions that we face in the world today. From the pain of grief from losing a loved one to the pandemic, a difficult coworker, to an unexpected bill, to other life circumstances. Meditation can be a tool to help anyone deal with the stresses of life. Meditation helps the body and mind find peace and refuge in a time of great challenge and the benefits of practicing this can calm the emotions, release tension and anxiety in the body, and aid in acceptance. There will be a chance to practice this meditation technique during this workshop. Please join long-time meditator Bruce Faithwick and learn a simple meditation technique that can be life-changing.
About the presenter:
Bruce Faithwick is a successful business consultant in the software industry. He has many years of product management and marketing experience. He has a degree in Economics from the University of California.
Bruce currently provides workshops and training to groups in the California area where he connects meditation and self-development to important aspects of our lives. He has been meditating for over 40 years and now focuses much of his time on his own personal development and on helping others who wish to do the same. If you have ever attended one of Bruce's workshops, you know how special they are.
