Meet and pet Tatiana's Chow Chow Dog! 

Life can be hard, relieve some school and life stressors by petting a friendly therapy dog! Here are just a few of the benefits that dog therapy can provide:

  • Improved health: Therapy dogs can improve cardiovascular health, lower blood pressure, and reduce stress hormone levels. 
  • Mental health: Therapy dogs can help reduce stress, anxiety, and depression. They can also ease loneliness, encourage exercise, and improve overall health.
  • Social skills: Therapy dogs can help enhance social skills and self-confidence. They can also encourage sharing of feelings.
