How the costumes will be judged:

Originality – Does the costume stand out from the rest?

Effort – Did the costume take time and effort?

Authenticity – How accurate and detailed is the costume?

Presentation – How much thought was given to the presentation?

This event will take place in the Teen Space at the North Edison Branch.
