Films from 1929: "Skeleton Dance" (short), "Karnival Kid" (short), "Applause" (feature)
Ring in the new year with films that are now part of the public domain! This year we add books, songs and movies from 95 years ago to this vital part of the creative pool. Join us for screenings of two Disney shorts, “Skeleton Dance” and “Karnival Kid” (Mickey Mouse speaks for the first time), followed by Applause, an early all-talking picture starring Helen Morgan.
