Registered Dietitian Nutritionist Patricia Kolesa will be visiting the Edison Public Library to discuss the importance of good nutrition and provide tips on how to maintain healthy eating habits.
March is National Nutrition Month, a time aimed at increasing the benefits of healthy living through healthy eating. This year’s theme is “Beyond the Table” and it seeks to bring awareness to the way food is harvested and produced, shipped, stored, and all other aspects of the farm-to-fork aspect of nutrition.
Registered Dietitian Nutritionist Patricia Kolesa will be visiting the Edison Public Library to discuss the importance of good nutrition and provide tips on how to maintain clean and healthy eating habits. She will talk about healthy eating on a budget, food safety and storage, creating a diet consisting of a variety of food, and how to eat for the environment.
